Is it oceanfront? Is there a good view of the Earth? Do I need to pay property taxes?

I heard about this a few years back, and yes, somehow he has gotten rich off of it. Of all the nerve! It just kills me that I didn’t think of it! Other folks have begun selling stars and you can probably get a good deal on a galaxy too! However, even the closest galaxies are pretty expensive, and are not easily accessible, now that gas prices are so high.

I wonder if he would have a legitimate lawsuit if somebody else went around selling parts of the moon too. Apparently he obtained some kind of rights, but there should be plenty of moon to go around for us all to get rich!

I’m selling lots on Mars for just $10 an acre. Any takers? While I’m at it, I claim Jupiter, Saturn and Venus, too. Lots of valuable mineral rights on those planets…just as long as I don’t have to actually go there to establish my squatter’s rights….
