Obama’s Interference with Trump’s Presidency

As a person who voted for Obama, Clinton and Biden I am horrified to learn of the deep corruption of Obama et al, including Obama's weaponization of the U.S. security state coordinated with the willing assistance of the lapdog corporate media. The DNC has no respect for the electoral process (e.g., what they did to Bernie in 2016, the dropout of moderate candidates and the continuing campaign of Elizabeth Warren to assist Biden in the 2020 primaries, the lies about Biden's fitness and most recently, the anointment of Kamala Harris without a vote). And don't forget the Hunter Biden Laptop lies by the DNC allied U.S. security state. What we are now learning about Obama's exit strategy from office--it appears to be an intentional and potentially criminal disenfranchisement of those who voted for Trump--is icing on the cake.

Matt Taibbi, author of an article that connects the dots: "In Brutal Document Release, the Russia Hoax is Finally Exposed: Official claim that Putin "aspired" to help Trump was based on four pieces of evidence, all bogus, even "ridiculous," according to long-suppressed report just released by DNI Tulsi Gabbard."

It was worse than we thought.

The January 6, 2017 Intelligence Community Assessment concluding that Russian President Vladimir Putin “developed a clear preference” for Donald Trump and “aspired to help his chances of victory” is revealed in a report released this morning by Director of National Intelligence Tulsi Gabbard to have been based on four pieces of evidence. One was the Steele Dossier. The surprise is that the other three were even less credible, each included over objections of the report’s CIA authors.

It’s Time for NPR to Earn Its Own Funding With Respectable Reporting

I don't want to forced to fund NPR any more than want to be forced to fund Fox News. Uri Berliner served as the senior business editor at NPR from 1999 until his resignation in April 2024. What follows is an excerpt from his article, "Happy Independence Day, NPR." Anyone who has been paying attention knows that he not exaggerating the far-left slide of NPR:

Once fairly evenly divided between liberals, moderates, and conservatives, NPR’s news audience shifted sharply to the left. And by 2023, liberals outnumbered conservatives more than six to one. True to the tote bag cliché, NPR became an accessory for Whole Foods shoppers. Which is sad, because in another era, NPR, and public radio more broadly, developed some of the most creative and entertaining programming anywhere, from Car Talk to This American Life, Planet Money, Radiolab and A Prairie Home Companion.

Thanks in part to this ideological transformation, NPR botched major stories—and damaged its bond with the American people.

To name a couple of prominent examples: It repeatedly insisted that the lab leak theory of Covid had been debunked and it refused to cover Hunter Biden’s laptop. NPR’s reporting on the most contentious issues of the day—climate change, youth gender medicine, and the war in Gaza—leaned on moralizing and emotional certitude more than on rigorous factual analysis.

Embracing the mantras of the Great Awokening, NPR became a caricature of itself with headlines like these:

News You Can and Cannot Trust

"Everything you’ve been told about everything is bullshit,” Rogan declares, urging people to see the pattern. It’s not about dwelling on past grievances but recognizing the manipulation baked into every major issue.

Why, Rogan asks, were borders flung open? Why were people handed money and moved to swing states? Why do bills sneak through Congress loaded with “crazy stuff”? The answers lie beyond the polished scripts of news anchors.

Mainstream commentary, he argues, is a distraction—a cacophony of nonsense designed to obscure truth. To find real answers, you must bypass the noise.

Rogan points to voices like Glenn Greenwald, Matt Taibbi, and Michael Shellenberger—journalists who cut through the fog with raw, nonpartisan facts.

These are the people digging into primary sources, exposing what’s hidden, and delivering unfiltered reality. “If you want the truth,” Rogan insists, “you have to seek it out yourself.”

I agree with Joe Rogan here. The legacy media's highly coordinated mass deception has been apparent to me only because I've consciously tracked the legacy news and spotted the patterns, documenting the patterns and the hypocrisy hundreds of times on my website. Otherwise, I wouldn't have believed what was happening. Closely tracking the lies and sophisticated "news" manipulation is how I stopped being a consumer of news. Legacy news outlets don't offer you facts and invite you to think for yourself. Rather, they put you into a constant state of tribalistic apprehension and tell you how to think. If you don't get this problem deep in your every bone, you are no longer self-actualized, no matter how things might feel to you, because your feelings have been hijacked. You have become someone else's pawn:

Waiting for the Dust to Settle After the New Release of JFK Documents

It is all something to behold this morning on  X (Twitter). Numerous people, many assisted by AI are trying to make sense of the JFK assassination documents released at the direction of Donald Trump. I'd already seen credible accounts that suggest many CIA connections to JFK's assassination. An excellent place to start is The Devil's Chessboard, by David Talbot. Glenn Greenwald comments: Reading Talbot's book is like getting a kick in the stomach. I'm partway through the book and I am convinced more and more that JFK's assassination was a CIA coup. And I am more and more convinced that most of our presidential elections have been orchestrated by the CIA through the use of powerful tools of propaganda and censorship that heavily influence (if not outright control) legacy "news" outlets. [More . . . .]

FFFO Report: EU, Financed by U.S. Taxpayers is Trying to Shut Down Free Speech in the U.S

Excerpt from a new must-read report issued by the Foundation for Freedom Online: "23 US-Funded Organizations Drive The EU’s War on Tech Companies."

The American taxpayer is bankrolling online censorship in Europe. Multiple organizations involved in enforcing the EU’s draconian Digital Services Act (DSA), which imposes massive fines on American tech platforms found guilty of carrying “misinformation” or “hate speech,” are American entities backed by American government funding.

Supporters of these efforts, many of whom are deeply tied to the legacy US foreign policy establishment, admit that the goal of these efforts is to shut down free speech for Americans. The pressure is about to mount, as the previously-voluntary EU code of practice on disinformation becomes a mandatory regulation governing tech companies operating in the region.

The Foundation for Freedom Online has analyzed organizations that signed the EU’s code of practice, or are involved in enforcing it, finding eight organizations that receive funding from US government sources.

Additionally, two of the organizations on the list, NewsGuard and Bellingcat, are drectly involved in enforcing the EU’s censorship regime, as active participants in Europe’s network of EU-backed “digital observatories” aimed at detecting disfavored online narratives that can be analysed and targeted for censorship.

Who are these U.S. funded entities that are working overtime to deny Americans their right to free speech?  The above report names the names. And it is all looking incredibly ominous. The bottom line is that the U.S. right to free speech is being attacked by "foreign" entities that are financed by U.S. taxpayers. Americans are afflicted with the free speech version of an auto-immune dysfunction. Here is more from the report:

As the Foundation for Freedom Online highlighted in its 2024 Censorship Index, the U.S. government also pushed censorship in Europe through the State Department’s office of public diplomacy:

Gave the Atlantic Council a $300,000 grant to build a “transatlantic response to disinformation.” This grant was seemingly used to fund a conference involving conversations about cooperating on the EU Digital Services Ac (DSA)t. A grant transaction description mentions a June 2022 conference.

The Delegation of the EU to the United States and the Atlantic Council hosted a June 2022 EU-US Defense and Future Forum. During the conference, members of an audience, which included officials from the U.S. State Department, asked questions to and attended a talk by Gerard De Graaf on the EU-US Digital Policy Agenda, largely centered around the DSA.

Gerard De Graff was the Director of Digital Transformation at the European Commission. He is responsible largely for the creation of the DSA. De Graff was named Special Envoy for Digital to the US and head of the newly created EU San Francisco Office in September 2022, seemingly fitted near Silicon Valley to push American tech platforms into compliance with Orwellian European regulations.
