Vivek Ramaswamy harpooned Neocon Nikki Haley who, along with fellow neocon Joe Biden, now wants to spill American blood in the Ukraine, where we blew up an early peace settlement, leading to the deaths of hundreds of thousands of Ukrainians and Russians.
