Robert Malone Analyzes a Self-Serving “Limited Hangout” Regarding mRNA

Robert Malone offers this definition of "limited hangout":

A limited hangout is a propaganda technique of displaying a subset of the available information. It involves deliberately revealing some information to try to confuse and/or prevent discovery of other information.

It misdirects an incautious audience, because information needs a context for correct interpretation. Subtly omitting information changes the interpretation of the surrounding information.

A modified limited hangout goes further by slightly changing the information disclosed. Commercially-controlled media is often a form of limited hangout, although it often also modifies information and so can represent a modified limited hangout.

Why is this important? Because "limited hangouts" are ubiquitous these days. They are a common tactic of those who use propaganda and censorship to create false consensuses and prevent robust national discussion of critically important national issues. When they are caught red-handed, they offer only a tiny subset of information, which has the psychological effect of satiating the audience, causing use to think that the full story has been disclosed. The cleverly disclose a tiny part of what is often their own misconduct and complicity in order to gain just enough credibility that they can they use that ill-gained credibility as a trojan horse for the next chapters of their misconduct.

Robert Malone takes a look at a very credible and scholarly-looking article, identifying it as a limited hangout, point by point. Here's the article:

In this recent review article (23 January, 2024), Bitounis et al. provide a partial disclosure and examination of known risks and toxicities associated with the modified messenger ribonucleic acid/lipid nanoparticle pharmaceutical delivery platform. In general, what makes this publication particularly remarkable is that (collectively) the authors have significant employment or other ties to Moderna therapeutics, a pharmaceutical company whose very name (MODified RNA) indicates its corporate dependency on the feasibility of this technology. As a veteran of prior biopharmaceutical corporations, it is inconceivable to me that these authors do not have pre-existing restrictive non-disclosure agreements with Moderna, and therefore it is highly likely that Moderna pre-approved this publication.

Therefore, my most generous interpretation of the overall intent of the article is that this article summarizes and represents information concerning risks and toxicities of this platform technology which Moderna wishes to have disclosed in a manner which puts the firm, its activities and the underlying platform technology in the best possible light. A less generous interpretation of intent is that this article represents a subtle form of propaganda strategy commonly referred to as a limited hangout.

The essay includes extensive speculation concerning how emerging new technologies such as artificial intelligence and organoids (simplified tissue culture structures mimicking an organ, that are derived from stem cells), as well as well established ‘high tech” approaches such as single cell sequencing can be used to minimize animal model use (a specific NIH objective). They are intended to facilitate more efficient pharmaceutical development and toxicologic analysis of modified-mRNA drug and vaccine development technologies.

Through the jaded eyes of this highly experienced proposal reviewer, this mostly reads like a forward looking justification for increased investment in a variety of expensive new pharmaco-toxicology infrastructure advances which would be in the financial and professional interest of the authors, while avoiding and overlooking time tested approaches to characterizing the profound and wide ranging toxicities of these pharmaceutical preparations.

In other words, this reads as an extended justification for spending a lot of money on new goodies for pharmacologists and toxicologists while avoiding the obvious and less sexy basics that still have yet to be performed and reported.

Lack of Informed Consent was a Mere Technicality re COVID

Brett Weinstein is correct. Nazi doctors were hanged at Nuremberg for offenses based on lack of informed consent.

George Carlin summarizes the overall problem in "The American Dream":

[T]hey own this fucking place! It's a big club, and you ain’t in it! You, and I, are not in the big club. By the way, it's the same big club they use to beat you over the head with all day long when they tell you what to believe. All day long beating you over the head with their media telling you what to believe, what to think and what to buy. The table has tilted, folks. The game is rigged and nobody seems to notice. Nobody seems to care. How many people got hurt and died because of the mRNA vax? Good luck finding out. The COVID-industrial complex is working overtime to keep us from finding out, as was exposed in New Zealand recently.  It's the same strategy the CDC implemented in May 2023.  No data, no problem!

Personal autonomy? Ah, such a quaint old idea. So impractical! Such flowery verbiage! We moderns no longer have the time or luxury to heed such poetry.

More Anthony Fauci Dishonesty Exposed Today

Anthony Fauci is disgraceful. I have zero respect for him due to the many lies he told Americans over the past 4 years. For instance, his feigned ignorance about the "Proximal Origins" article he orchestrated. How many times did he look straight into the cameras and spew bullshit when he knew nothing at all (e.g., the six foot apart rule)?

His BS became the national (false) consensus thanks to the elaborate government led censorship-industrial complex, which made highly-credentialed dissenters invisible on news media and social media. And that sordid story of censorship has been detailed in the Fifth Circuit case of Missouri v. Biden that you won't learn about from the corporate media, now headed to the U.S. Supreme Court. This is how our country works now and there is no reason to think it will be any different the next time the elites decide to conjure up a crisis.

About the Documentary: “The Assassin and Mrs. Paine”

I just finished watching the 2022 documentary, "The Assassin and Mrs. Paine," at the suggestion 0f Matt Orfalea.

I also recommend this well-crafted documentary. That said, every time I revisit the facts around Kennedy's assassination it feels like a kick in the stomach. The bits and pieces that we know do not add up to the official narrative. And, as mentioned in the film, why is the U.S. government still withholding thousands of records from the public, even though the release of all remaining documents should have been made public  in 2017 under a 1992 law? It's been more than 60 years since the murder of a U.S. President, yet one or more people still have significant political power, as well as the incentive and the ability, to keep this compelling information from the public. The official narrative has dozens of holes you could drive a truck through. This film carefully explores many of those holes, suggesting disturbing answers along the way.

My gut tells me that sweet old Ruth Paine knows a hell of a lot more than she's currently admitting. If so, however, why was she willing to sit and talk with the film-maker at length in 2022? Because she is still on the clock? Because it is her job to maintain the narrative (for the same reasons that thousands of records remain secret?). Or was she duped many years ago and needs to maintain the narrative for self-preservation?  Maybe many of us would prefer that the murder be committed by one madman rather than acknowledge that a coup of the U.S. government happened in plain daylight, given a enormous assist by the Warren Commission, one member being Allen Dulles, who Kennedy fired as CIA Director in 1961 following the failed Bay of Pigs  mission. As Philadelphia lawyer Vince Salandria, an fervent critic of the official narrative stated, You can’t close the circle without the Paines. There is no way they can be innocent. No way.”

At the end of the film, he added:

There is no mystery here. It’s all self-evident. It was a coup. It was designed to be a false mystery and the debate would be eternal and why it [killing JFK] was done – forgotten. To commit yourself to the truth here, you are changing your real identity from a citizen of a democracy to a subject of a military empire. A big step.

Here's one other mini-spoiler: One woman who was interviewed in the film said that right after Kennedy was assassinated, she called her sister, a fifth grade teacher in Texas. Her sister told her that immediately after the class learned that Kennedy was assassinated, the students cheered because they considered Kennedy to be a communist. I had never heard anything like this before.
