Tony Robbins: Train your emotions

Tony Robbins explains that you can train your emotions. You can train yourself to be stressed or you can train yourself to be happy. This seems like good advice.

I believe also that you can train yourself to be happy by your choices in how to frame episodes of your life. You can also help yourself by choosing upbeat words. I notice that many people who curse often get upset at trivial things. “Can’t find my keys, God Damnit!” They are making themselves agitated by their choice of words.
