Trump Takes on Pharma Over the Absurdly High Prices of Drugs Available Far Cheaper Overseas

I didn’t care WHO did it, but for more than a decade I wanted SOMEONE to take on Pharma. This is going to be intense and interesting. Generally speaking, it is my belief that the more a politician is bought by pharma, the more they will fight this. I once naively canvased for Bernie Sanders, for instance. I predict Sanders will support the idea that Pharma should be allowed to keep ripping off Americans via absurdly high Medicare reimbursement rates. BTW, the equivalent of the asthma inhaler I buy (with insurance) for $80 can be bought in Turkey, Lebanon and Spain (without insurance) for about $2.
