Without any doubt the ACLU will win this lawsuit for declaratory judgment. California passed a ridiculous law attempting to muzzle physicians who question the “contemporary scientific consensus” on how to treat COVID. Here’s a quote from the lawsuit:
Rarely does a state legislature pass a bill that is so obviously unconstitutional. Even more rarely does a governor sign that bill into law. For the reasons put forth below, Plaintiffs ask the Court to declare AB 2098 unconstitutional and halt its enforcement before it goes into effect.
California worries me, hearsay is they are trying to outlaw any fossil burning engine by 2025 and replace them with Ev’s. Sounds like and a good way to minimize emissions but it won’t have much of an impact on global warming. Placing a gag order on doctors is like placing a gag order on the scientific community. There was another gag order on pharmacist placed about a year or so ago. This one was to stop a pharmacist from telling a person the outright purchase is actually cheaper than their insurance copay. You want to talk censorship, take a look at that bit. It seems censorship is b.s covering up b.s.
