As a new user of an iPad2, I was wondering why I can’t use Flash? I had read in several places that it was about money, not technology Here is Apple’s explanation, which makes the claim that it is about technology.
Why no Flash on iPads and iPhones?

Apple’s concern about battery power is funny. We took our iPad 3 back after two days because it took an extraordinarily long time to charge (more than twelve hours) AND continued to drain if my wife worked while it was plugged into their 10W minibrick. No other device I’ve ever owned that allows use while charging works like this. And Steve Jobs got his knickers in a twist when Adobe wouldn’t develop Premiere or rewrite Photoshop for the Mac…and as Bugs Bunny used to say, “Of course, you know…this means war!”
