I never gave it much thought, but there is such a thing as a double-contraction in English. There are many of them.

Yes, there are many such double contractions, but you’ll notice that “hadn’t’ve” is *not* covered in the Wikipedia category that you link to, and if you expand it, you’ll see why: “hadn’t have” is painfully redundant.
