Keith Barry is quite entertaining in a dramatic way. I don’t understand how he did these brain tricks, but I’d like to know.

Erich Vieth is an attorney focusing on civil rights (including First Amendment), consumer law litigation and appellate practice. I've used the hand trick after I figured it out when I first watched this. I won't spoil it here, but can share by email if you like.
I've always enjoyed both watching illusions and trying to figure them out. Comes from reading about magicians when young and Martin Gardner when older.

I think the way he did it (driving while blindfolded) was with the cameras in the backseat. Probably had a small tv screen under his blindfold with a video feed of the road.
