Sacrificing a camera lens for a single photo

Check out this cool photo of a rocket launch. It was well worth the loss of a lens, according to the photographer (who was miles away when the photo was taken).

    What a spectacular picture! The photographer has lots of other great images of shuttle and rocket launches on his site too.
