		<description>That the U.S. President "squandered whatever moral authority he had" stands out for me too.   How can we possibly lecture Russia or anyone else who decides to act with a heavy hand?  How can we speak with any credibility, even if another country takes over another country for financial benefit, even if they torture innocents in the process, and even if they act on the principle of might makes right?</description>
