		<description>Speaking of the stunning gaps between the truth and Bush's rosy vision of himself...this past weekend, Bush gave the commencement speech at the high school in Greensburg, Kansas -- a town that was flattened by a tornado last year.  Amid all the praise Bush showered on the town, I could not help but observe how conspicuously absent he has been from public events in New Orleans.

Oh, btw, it turns out that that "Mission Accomplished" banner, which Bush's staff claimed was posted by the ship's crew without Bush's knowledge, actually was posted by Bush's staff.</description>
