Its from a japanese show called Pythagoras Switch, the words at the end are just the title of the show. I think they use these as segue from commercial breaks.

Rube Goldberg contraptions aren’t my favorite entertainment, but this one did have some imaginative mechanisms. Really though, this guy needs a girlfriend.
