As you can imagine I am a big Spurlock fan! Whenever I see those poor souls on black Friday bursting through the doors of the shopping mall and trampling each other to be the first to buy the latest "must-have" I am reminded of the second of the four noble truths of Buddhism: 2. The origin of suffering is attachment. "Things", man. "Things" won't do it for you. I have discovered that the less "things" I have the happier I am. Can’t wait for this one. As you can imagine I am a big Spurlock fan!

“Things”, man. “Things” won’t do it for you. I have discovered that the less “things” I have the happier I am.
