		<description>The story I saw on the morning television news interviewed various people who got married on 07/07/07.  The interviewees all said they were hoping the date would bring them good luck in their marriages.  If novelty were sole the objective, as some of the above comments suggest, then plenty of other dates would suffice (01/02/03, 01/01/01, etc.).  To Matt's comment:  yes, many people consider 7 to be a lucky number, which is why so many people chose 07/07/07 as opposed to, for instance, 06/06/06, 05/05/05, etc.</description>
